I'll be liveblogging Tuesday's Catholic Guy show from 4 p.m. eastern until I either have to leave for my community's evening prayer or I just get too lazy (whichever comes first.) Be here!

Speaking of losing hands… Lino comes in at the end of "Across The Nation" to have some witty banter with The Dunning. Bob complains to Lino that he almost died the yesterday but his life didn’t flash before his eyes.

HOW FUNNY I AM.
HOW SMART I AM.
HOW HANDSOME I AM.
NOBODY TALKS ABOUT ME.

  • Lino is a lazy jerk but he’s happy to be at work! Work = pleasure!
  • Lino let everyone know that, on Tuesdays, Lino’s mom doesn’t listen to the Catholic Guy Show. (So today we can be “loose as a goose.”) Hmm…
  • Lino spent most of his day at the good ol’ Department of Motor Vehicles!


  • Lino wants to drive a zamboni!
  • Lino went to the DMV to get an official New York State ID card to help him because a full-fledged New Yorker. The first thing Lino did was urinate on the street and curse get get in the swing of things.
  • Lino took the opportunity to remind us that his old driver's license expires on October 26th (Lino's birthday).
  • Mama Rulli prayed to St. Anthony to find her son Lino’s social security card and birth certificate. She credited St. Anthony for finding the documents in her safe.
  • When Lino was filling out his driver's license papers, he had to think about whether or not to list himself as a donor. Lino mentioned that he used to date a girl who worked for an organ donor company and asked the listeners at home to write their own jokes about that.
  • Lino said he did finally decide to list himself as a donor.
  • Vindictive Vince called in to congratulate Lino for being an organ donor, noting that if Lino donates his body to save someone else, then his life will finally be worthwhile. Lino noted that Vince is getting much better with his insults and delivery.
  • Lou wants to learn how to ride a motorcycle!
  • Today's saint of the day is St. Callistus! Lino mentioned that the most information we have about St. Callistus is from his enemy, St. Hippolytus.
  • Lino announced that he's going to be on Gus Lloyd's "Seize The Day" show tomorrow morning around 9:20 a.m. eastern to debate Gus about who should be the leader of The Catholic Channel!
