Seven more days until Lino's birthday! But since he'll be gone on his birthday (off to Italy), we'll pull out our special surprise on Friday. Stay tuned!

Lk 12:35-38
Jesus said to his disciples: 
“Gird your loins and light your lamps
and be like servants who await their master’s return from a wedding,
ready to open immediately when he comes and knocks.
Blessed are those servants
whom the master finds vigilant on his arrival.
Amen, I say to you, he will gird himself,
have them recline at table, and proceed to wait on them.
And should he come in the second or third watch
and find them prepared in this way,
blessed are those servants.”


We have to be prepared. We have to do everything we can to support Lino. Just as the servants await their master's return from a wedding, so to must we wait for Lino to return from Italy when he leaves next week. We must be vigilant! We must stand up for good Catholic radio, and avoid bad religious talk radio while Lino is absent.


We must be prepared: Once Lino turns 39, he's only got one more year before he turns 40!!! We've gotta make this the best year ever. How can we do that? Listen, don't criticize too much (but criticize a little so we don't look more mindless than we already do), call in and support Lino in everything he does.


Maybe by doing that, we'll be blessed fans!
